Maia Leia was a versatile creative genius & loved to inspire me by showing me her favorite music— Rico Nasty, D4NNY, to name a few.

From softer indie folk-pop quebecois anthems to heavier internet-core y2k cloud rap leanings later, she brought so much quirky attitude and creative flair to her live performances—which included several analog tape sessions & recordings with her collaborators—which we hope to recover & are continuing to archive.
