We've been enjoying the sounds of talented brazilian nCamargo for some time so when an ep came 
through that ticked all the boxes it was a delight to sign him up.
Since 2010, nCamargo has been crafting drum and bass and in 2016 he founded his own label, NCounter Music, and has since released on various reputable labels, including Celsius and Soul Deep. Notably, he contributed a track to Offworld Transmissions Vol 8 with his piece 'On Route'.
Starting the ep strongly with high-energy we have Fata Morgana with great melodies,bass and catchy vocal stabs. Certainty is up next and is an uplifting melodic stepper with an infectious vocal.
Mirante follows - an exciting rolling track with Nicolas compelling synths and dark growls.
The EP concludes with Rebirth which explores a moodier more introspective mood with more great synth work.

Chook comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience; having made a name for himself in the world of techno influenced drum and bass. His label, Full Force Recordings, that he started in 2004, garnered support right from the off with DJs as diverse as Roni Size, J Majik, Calyx and Teebee all queing up to work the label's releases into their sets.
In 2012 Chook has gone on to co-found the band Monophona; together with singer-song writer Claudine Muno and Jorsch Kass on drums and percussion. Here we experience a fusion of Chook's deep edgy electronic routes, combined with the delicate intimacies of folk and acoustic sensibilities. Their third album was released in autumn 2017.
At the same time he’s been releasing progressive house and melodic techno on labels such as Perspectives digital, Lauter Unfug, Mango Alley, Iconyc, Fuse Records, Aboriginal and Baroque Records. Gaining support by the likes of Quivver, Eelke Kleijn or Darin Epsilon.
