I am proud to present my debut EP, To Want is To Be. I made this EP after being inspired by the super powerful people throughout history that have shaped the world as it is today, along with my own life experience. I was originally going to use this inspiration to make one song, but overtime I developed the idea to instead make a full project where each song represents story beats in a superhero film. The culmination of the five songs in the final product are made to display why I am super powerful by bringing the audience into a fantastical version of my life presented with the thematic flavor of a superhero story. Overall, it speaks to my highest and lowest moments, how those times have built my character, and the process of finding and utilizing the power that I have always had within me. To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this song, I've been battling with a little creative insecurity.
