Yiruma - River Flows In You (Sample)

This is a revamp of a song I made about 6 years ago in high school. The guitar and drums (yes they're a loop) are original but the vocals and bass are newly added. Unfortunately the original lyrics are long lost but I tried to keep the new lyrics as close to something I would write back then as possible. I also try and sing like I would have back then, overall a very nostalgic and cool little piece! Enjoy!

You're My Angel

A one track/take acoustic song I made to be a lame little lovey dovey song. It's purely rough with not the best, however, truly honest singing. I don't usually make songs like this, but I decided to dedicate it to my dad who I don't see enough of and who there's never enough time to spend with. Thanks for everything man.

Time

This is a fun little cover of Donovan's "Catch The Wind". The song is a Donovan song with me having some fun with some Bob Dylan type singing and a little Newfoundland tribute/shoutout for the Irish Descendants' cover of the song at the end. Enjoy!

Catch The Wind

Wanted to make a simple cover of this great tune with as minimal production as possible to keep it raw because it's a really intimate song.  It doesn't sound like the album version but it's based on his live version on KEXP which you can find the video for on youtube.

This is an old iPhone voice memo I came across. It's my take on the MTV Unplugged version of Nirvana's About A Girl. It's raw and poor quality but I like it, I think it has character. Enjoy!

About A Girl - Nirvana

Made this today. I came up with this riff ages ago but I just never really knew how to properly use it, now I think I finally do. The bass solo was improvised in one take so it's not perfect by any means but I think it captures what I had in mind for the song until I write the proper solo for it.

Contemplation (Bass Riff)

I came up with this bass riff today & I love it but I feel like the tune (the verse at least) as a whole sounds too much like Yellow Ledbetter by Pearl Jam so I'm trying to get some opinions.
