“If I Loved You” was composed in 1945 by Rodgers and Hammerstein for the Broadway musical Carousel. It was performed in the 1956 film version by Gordon MacRae and Shirley Jones. In the show, the characters of Billy Bigelow and Julie Jordan sing this song as they hesitantly declare their love for one another, yet are too shy to express their true feelings. The song has been performed and recorded by many vocal stylists such as Barbra Streisand, Julie Andrews, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Dinah Washington.

Irene Tabour e L'Amortex are trying to combain one of the most ancient instrument of the musical history with an amazing result of high technology (which has nothing to do with iPhones...). Harp & Theremin. What an unexceptional mixture! Finally an instrument as the harp which has always been confined to Classical music is meeting the popular world of technology through the musical language of jazz. The two instruments revisit famous jazz standards in a new experimental way. The research of new contaminations between these two instruments breaks the border of the ordinary and gives the audiance the chance to live in an unreal imaginary atmosphere.
