A pleasure to release the podcast freshly uploaded on our channel of Gunnter, inveterate digger, lover of house and deep house from the 90s. We take the opportunity to go back a little on his journey where he spends his youth between Europe and Japan to scour the record shops in search of records more advanced than the others. 

He made his debut in 2005, in Brittany, where he met his sidekick DJ Steaw. In 2013, they founded together the label Rutilance Recordings, which now includes artists like Janeret, Djoko, Loren Lo Sung and Chris Stussy. 

In 2016, he decided to release his own productions and created in parallel a second label more dubby, Normandy Records. His wide and eclectic musical spectrum as well as his unique technique technique allowed him to play in famous French and European clubs. and European clubs of reputation.

Parisian producer, Vitess is a member of the new wave of French artists to follow.

After several notable releases on Dansu Discs, Houseum Records, Normandy Records, Up The Stuss or Header, this trained drummer is building a solid reputation around his live performances. 

The result is a clever mix of warm groove and percussive house & power house rhythms. 

Vitess draws his influences from multiple universes and produces his music under different aliases such as Vytamin, Grand V or Flamant Rouge to name a few.

After bringing his energy to the major venues across France with his live show and his first all live long, he made a name for himself with a tour in the U.S.A. and South America in 2022.

He is preparing many surprises for us, whether it be with dates around the world or with new projects such as first album on his new label Retro Futura.

Young Belfast-based DJ and producer Robbie Doherty serves up an ‘all killer, no filler’ EP for Ben Rau’s META label.  On ‘Cruise Control’, the talented artist follows up recent releases for Knee Deep In Sound, PIV and OVRDOSE with a trio of energising and hypnotising house tracks.

Doherty grew up on a diet of funk, disco and mid-90s house beats, and it was an early clubbing experience with the legendary Sasha behind the decks that ignited his desire to be part of the electronic music scene at all costs. Catching his big break in 2019 with the huge ‘Pour The Milk’ single on Relentless Records, Doherty has built upon this big success and established himself as one of the key players on the minimal house scene that doffs its cap to the sounds of house music’s spiritual places like New York and Chicago.

Three tracks comprise the ‘Cruise Control’ release, each laced with charged rhythms and deft musical touches, delivering an infectious trio of club bangers from Doherty.

As we're getting closer to the end of 2022, we wanted to give you some more sparks of what has been a great year full of good music all the way through. For the occasion, we have Montreal-based Paolo Rocco serving some real house flavours. Fresh from the release of "To The Stars And Beyond" EP on Chris Stussy's "Up The Stuss" label, the Canadian artist also released his "Life In Pieces" LP on FUSE back in 2021. But if we want to scroll back his catalogue, we'll find big releases on Berg Audio, Rutilance, and One Records, not to mention his anthems on Saved and Hot Creations from the early '10, making Paolo one of the most respected producers around. On his MEOKO mix debut, the RAWMOMENTS owner brings some serious beats to the table, melting deep house vibes with more groovy and crunchy retro-electro beats. Enjoy!
