Love Has No Redemption - By Chris Good

As a previously religious man, I find this song rather powerful, but obviously relate a double meaning to the idea of being expectant upon God, or A god, to bring hope in life, whether in good or bad times.  I have read that this song had secret meanings to warn slaves in various ways, to help them avoid capture and pain.  Regardless of whether that is true, I find this song prompts me to consider how those suffering terrible discriminations and persecutions...hatred and hardships...so often maintained a faith in a greater good.  I find that remarkable.  

Anyway...I had an afternoon and played with this song using a Boss VE20.  I wanted to communicate something more with how I would perform the song...and I hope people enjoy it and understand where I am coming from.
