30 seconds in and already several killer melodic & lyric hooks  -- wonderful smooth Pop sound and mellow vocals; and those passing chords are so tasty!  really nice Chris

So glad you didn't scrap this one. Often the most important thing in a song is how natural it is to sing and how good a fit the words are for the music and you sound so at home with this one. Great post Chris, thanks for sharing

Yeah it’s a fun song and I really enjoyed it.

Well I almost scrapped this song but after 3 weeks writing words, and then realizing how fun it is to sing, i kept it. I'm trying to figure out how to add a little lightheartedness to my music, but i think this one just turned out creepy lol. NOTE:  I always felt a little uncomfortable with the words, i just really didn't like them, so I reworked the chorus and a few other lines, and rerecorded the vocals. It seems a little better now...
