Good Omens DnB Remix

I remastered this now that I have upgraded my DAW and it definitely sounds way better. My skills still need some improving in mastering but the volume and debth of the track is much better on this one

I didnt change the BPM or do anything to the original vocals but the original song has a completely different vibe. If you havent listened to it, look it up they are super chill and awesome musicians

I got motivated these last 24 hours and finally made a new original song and not a remix. 
Not my best song but I'm just happy I made something from scratch again. I have some ideas for a few others now so I'm gonna keep working until I pass out

First track I've made like this but I go where the inspiration takes me. 
I Resampled the audio so many times so It would be apropriate enough to use in the mix. I also made some of the sound effects myself recording household items and such.

Used my new DDJ-XP2 in creating this mix. I helped a fellow dj out of a bind so inherited all his tunes as he used my laptop to rexport his drive for his set.
So this set was randomly picking out some of the tracks from his library and put this set together. Not bad for not listening to any of the tracks first

I love this lyricist/artist/rapper. His lyrics are a lot... have to listen to a track a few times at least to catch everything. Even though the original track has one of my favorite synth sounding crunchy beats I remixed it and threw in a bit of some audio from an OLD internet cat im a kitty cat video I watched far to many times back in highschool and still to this day honestly
