Cool melody, reminds me a bit of Vangelis

I hear a hint of Vangelis too. Nice track.

The "egg fights" are directly related to the celebration of Easter and the reunion of the family around the table of Lambri. The cracking of the eggs with the exchange of wishes "Christ is Risen" and "Truly the Lord" symbolizes the birth of life, as the shell breaks, as well as the "breaking" of the tomb of the Tomb of Christ and His Resurrection.
