Random Thoughts

On December 14, 2012, the governor of CT (rightfully) said that evil visited them in Newton, CT. I had hoped that a change in the attitude of guns in this country would have changed. After all, when 20 children between six and seven years old and six adult staff members are fatally shot, you would think things would change. Nevertheless, there’s been continued gun violence with the most recent being in Vegas. Personally, I don’t have an issue with the Elmer Fudd’s of the world who want to hide in the woods and shoot Bambi but that’s not the issue we are facing. I can’t express in words the anger and sorrow I feel about people who are hurt and the changes that do not occur as a result. So, since I have this recent hobby of writing songs, I thought I’d write down what I think.
