that rhythm section is nailed - great track man!

Absolutely amazed on this song, Chris!  So much awesomeness in everything. It goes very smooth and transparent. Love the worm instruments, fantastic soothing drum and warmer bass. Blessing vocal works (like is Kurt Cobain hired for 50s song provided with coolness of nowadays music, ... which is there is not song unless there is synergy of lyric/vocal/arrangement. Like in this beauty. On one breath, amazing, bud!)

It does feel like home listening you great singers, songwriters, lyricist, musician friends! Most are the newer songs, reflective or mood-setting, with intermissions of nicely played instrumentals. Hope you guys enjoy the collection :)

An old track of ours remixed, remastered, to take advantage of some knowledge I have acquired over the last few years. Also replayed the piano and added a few things to make the line a little more interesting. Lastly, I changed some bass notes in the hope of pulling it all together better. This is my first collab and it's with Anne Lee. I love her voice.

I wrote this song to describe the catharsis that comes from the sense of total loss in this world, during a time that I would consider a very low point in my life. The strong negative feelings I once felt, the mantra needed to get through the hours when nothing was distracting enough to cope. "The person that broke me can't possibly fix me it's more than we both can afford".

I am lucky to have music in my life, as well as art. I hear music in my head and give it voice. Its just that simple.
