Just more improv over fun progressions with a loop pedal. This one is more upbeat and fun. I messed around with some Palm muting for melody in a few spots. I really like what happened at 0:50 or so.

Let's Go Glamping

This is the first installment of a project I'm working on, which I call "Settings." I record a "setting," or an environment/space/place and write music according to how I feel about the place and record the music on top of the sounds of that place. It's fun and challenging, and I hope you enjoy it.

This setting is 한강 (HanGang), Which is the river that runs through the middle of Seoul, South Korea. I recorded in a park, near a playground, and found it reminiscent of all the times I've ever been to a park on the river (there are many) and experienced a feeling of time more-or-less fleeing. It always seems as if hanging out at the river, whether it be at Ttukseom, Yeouinaru, or any of the other parks, I loose track of time and forget about my schedules, my appointments, and just enjoy the fact that everyone around has ceased their schedules for a brief moment to enjoy something as simple as sitting near a river with their loved ones.

I hope that release of time is apparent in this piece. Also, I'm always open to feedback! Tell me if you dig it or if it's terrible. :D
