Life is so beautiful just look at this perspective, I did a plank for 2 minutes on a carpet then I got up and realized that my elbows were burnt raw from friction, instead of complaining I said to myself thank the lord for this, for now instead of going back to do the same thing right away again I shall learn patience, heal myself and then and only then do the same but for 3 minutes now. So with that patience I have learned that to grow you need to have patience yet push yourself.
