Mind Is Chaos

Written and produced in August, Belong was a personal solo project I worked on from A-Z in pursuit of making what I thought could be a 'summer hit'. Inspired by Kygo's style, the song is based on my transition graduating from high school (class of '19) and going to university, moving from Toronto to Montreal. The lyrics and general idea focus on expressing sentiments I hoped to fulfill and further relate to in the future - a sense of belonging, no matter where I ended up or am meant to be.
