New Beginning

Mystical cathedral organ flourishes and ethereal solo soprano combine with cinematic strings and percussion, surging into an epic galactic climax before receding slowly back into deep space.

Outer Space isn’t a perfect vacuum and in the light years between stars and solar systems pockets of gas and other particles exist providing enough matter for an ‘interstellar wind’ through which sound can travel. The satellite Voyager 1 has now left our solar system and is deep in interstellar space where its sensors have picked up the sound of our sun’s own stellar wind crashing into this interstellar wind. This sound can be best described as an eerie rising ‘chirrup’. For this track, the rising organ flourishes and eerie sound design mimic the sonic fingerprint of these interstellar ‘chirrups’.
