DJ Scratch asked me to do a guest set for his new Radio Station Scratchvision radio. So being that it was Scratch, I felt it was only right to have fun with it, play rarities and do more scratching. 

For the novice listener you will say most of these are not rare, but for those who really know these songs, you will realize that 99% of you don't have these versions.

Old mix tape from Kid Capri, 52 old skool hip hop beats.  Had this file stored on my hard drive had a listen and started to work on the sound.  Usual mastering stuff EQ, limiting then running it through a Channel Strip to beef up the sounds.

Take a listen and enjoy!! I NEED SOME MORE HIP HOP MIX TAPES from the 80s to 90s, I like working on the one's with hiss!!! If you know somehere I can get them give me a shout!!!

CLASSIC! 52 Beats Kid Capri Hip Hop Old Skool Mix Tape

This live mix is a classic, Jazzy Jeff blending the old with the new!! On the original file the MCs voice was loud and the file was recorded clear but low.  I just pumped up the volume and added a bit more sparkle in the mid/top end and added a touch more bass!!!
