gotta love those christian classics... I originally chose this song to play for a Mother's Day special I got invited to do. But while I was messing around, learning it weeks earlier, I decided to record it as a sample demo on my newly acquired soprano sax :)
Got my feet wet & mixed it as well. I love how it came out and hope you do too haha

Usa Mi Vida

Basically I got this idea to start jamming with fellow musicians & friends to kickstart the flow of ideas for original compositions. I suck at composing so as a way to get my feet wet and learn a bit of how composing works I wanted to learn from experienced people that knew more about that than me haha

This is one of the two collaborations I did with my good friend/keyboardist Jose Luis Alvarez. It's a rough sketch/idea of a smooth jazz bossa nova. I have no title for it yet. Feel free to state your idea & I hope you guys enjoy!
