Lady Gaga - Just Dance (Reworked)

A short (ish) piece of a noise. I'm aiming to make pieces of music or sounds once a week in order to keep myself being creative - encouraged in part by a friend who is doing something similar with his artwork (Once every 3 days is their aim). Hopefully I'll learn some things, maybe I won't. Who knows? It's mainly for my own enjoyment but I'm going to upload the results for anyone who is interested.



Hummer

Coventry native Delia Derbyshire was born just a couple of streets from where I went to school and worked as part of the BBC's groundbreaking Radiophonic Workshop team throughout the 60s and early 70s. As well as being partly responsible for the famous Dr Who theme tune her work was featured in over 200 BBC productions. In homage to her, this short track heavily employs samples from two pieces she created: Zivvzih Zivvzih Oh Oh Oh and Zivvzih Zivzzih Oh Oh Oh (reversed).
