Last night at "Hal and Phil Off the Record" my brother, Dave Foulk made his first public appearance since being declared Cancer FREE!  He was presented the 1st annual "Dave Foulk Courage Award."  I'm sooooooo glad Dave found the Courage to fight!  I LOVE me some Dave Foulk.
