I'm fond of VOCALOID and some of the great artists who have put together some wonderful tunes. One of my favorites is "Yellow" by Kz (naturally featuring Hatsune Miku). Just felt like playing something this morning, so I recorded this acoustic experiment.

I like the mixing better here. Added a bit to the arrangement, though it's still unpolished and incomplete. Not sure what exactly I want to do with it.

Oh Wonder - Midnight Moon (Melvv Remix)

Piano run turned into a slightly upbeat fusion of Moonlight Sonata & the Sailor Moon intro theme. The character Wicked/Black Lady, was the muse for this sexy chill tone & direction. I almost scrapped this one due to sounding "dry" (sounds like its missing something). Might make a fuller 'go hard' version that encompasses the entire Black Moon Clan, specifically Wise Man/Phantom Death.

Symphony of the Dark Moon - Moonlight Sonata + Sailor Moon English Intro Theme (2014)

So, my maniacal plan is to arrange a short album of acoustic/folk versions of songs from Chrono Trigger, so I've been trying to get a feel for some tunes while practicing the whole recording, arranging, and mixing thing.

This is a kinda odd mix I ended up with after listening to "Delightful Spekkio". I changed the melody a bit, and hopefully I could make it sound a bit more interesting.

The original was sequenced, so I thought it'd be fun to actually play all the parts. I think I managed to capture that same "fun" sound from the original. The odd talking parts at the beginning are in the vocal version of the original. I tossed them in but still left out the singing.
