Trio for unspecified metals, unspecified woods, and cello.  Performed by members of the SUNY Buffalo Percussion Ensemble.

Transmute

Performed by Antonella di Giulio.

Inspired by both the Edgar Allen Poe poem "Bells" as well as the Alfred, Lord Tennyson poem "Ring Out, Wild Bells", this work meditates on the neologism Poe coined, "tintinnabulation" and what happens to a sound after it has been struck into life.

Ring Out / Ring In

A setting of the Lord's Prayer with text in the English of 1982, 1559, 1384, ca. 1000, and the Gothic of ca. 350.  Explores the contact points of language, faith, and time.
