For many years, I worked in the music licensing industry. I was the director of licensing for Independent Distribution Collective (IDC) in San Francisco. I managed the music licensing catalogue, composed tracks, and placed content in TV, Film, and video games. Some of my placements have been with Universal Pictures, Dreamworks Animation, Electronic Arts, Sony Pictures TV, NBC Universal, and the USA Network. I have also worked with  tigers and lions for many years, working with National Geographic, Discovery Channel, and ABC. My career with the big cats eventually led me to wildlife conservation in East Africa where I now live. I currently am producing music benefits for conservation, and composing for wildlife media projects.
