On A Journey #6, Oct 2024

Horizon is a rework of my 2023 track Zenith, released by Belgian record label Future Avenue in December of that year.
Zenith received support from prominent Progressive and Melodic House artists such as Paul Thomas, DJ Ruby and Gai Barone, and was later remixed by rising British trio Mind Of Us.

I'm thankful with how incredible this journey has been so far, so I wanted to celebrate with a rework that features redesigned instruments and a shift in key. Hopefully, it also reflects where I'm standing today as a producer. I hope you like it!

"In love with electronic music since hearing Eiffel 65's Blue on the radio, Chris Barag first explored music production in 2011 while playing in a rock covers band, and made his first beat in Ableton two years later. With music as a central part of his life, he gradually leaned toward electronic rock before fully embracing electronic music. In 2023, he released his debut EP Zenith on the Future Avenue label, earning support from respected names in the Progressive scene like Paul Thomas, DJ Ruby, Paul Lennar, and Gai Barone. Today, his productions and DJ sets explore the meeting points between Progressive, Melodic and Organic House, with touches of Breaks, Techno, and Trance."
