Chris Burke, Deepierro & Farukki Release Deep House/Pop Fusion Gem "Going Down." Out Now on Purple Fly

Scottish artist Chris Burke teamed up with Israeli producers Deepierro and Farukki for their new single "Going Down," a unique fusion of house and pop that is the latest from forward-thinking label Purple Fly. The track opens with minimal cinematic melodies that truly let the soulful vocals shine, demonstrating that Burke isn't afraid to experiment with different types of genres. On the drop, a deep four-style bassline kicks in for just the right flair of dance music. "Going Down" manages to be a track great for easy listening and yet supplies plenty of grooviness. It is Deepierro and Farukki's first time on Purple Fly while seeing Chris Burke returning after delivering a remix for DJ SODA, Ahin of MOMOLAND, and Lost Chameleon's "Okay!" On the other hand, Purple Fly earlier released music from the likes of Stafford Brothers, Golf Pichaya, BLVD., Diego Miranda, Zafrir, Futuristic Polar Bears, Sevenn, Fatman Scoop, Shaquille O’Neal, and more.

Making his debut on Smash The House with his latest production, Burke flexes his musical dexterity in the electronic scene, after previously producing within the pop, folk and rock scenes. Chris Burke, KRAIZ - Thunderstruck

Chris Burke is a 28 year old electronic dance music producer and DJ from Aberdeen, Scotland.

Having produced pop, rock and country music under the moniker Cold California in his late teens and early twenties, Burke decided to delve into the electronic dance music world on his 24th birthday. Within 2 years of being involved in the EDM scene, Chris Burke has garnered millions of streams and has collaborated with top acts such as Klaas, Christina Novelli and Grammy nominated vocalist, Jeffrey Jey.

Burke's approach to music production is influenced by the work of Tiësto, David Guetta and fellow-Scotsman Calvin Harris. Collaborating with vocalists remotely to deliver catchy, radio-friendly anthems.

Since early 2021, he has hosted In The Mix, a weekly radio show featuring one hour of the latest dance hits and fan submitted songs. The show has seen success throughout the world and most notably topped the podcast charts in Hungary in August of 2021.

The future is looking bright for Chris Burke in the world of electronic dance music.
