Jor’Dan Armstrong has done it again and surprised listeners with a new EP “2 BLSD”.  His last EP "BLSD" Part 1 peaked at #2 on the itunes Christian and Gospel charts and several of the songs were added to popular spotify playlists such a Spotify’s - New Music Friday Christian, Rapzilla’s - God Flow, and Lifter Today - New Music.


The project is entitled "2 BLSD" short for Too Blessed (A double blessing, overflow). This EP is an extension of part 1 but with a bit of a different sound and vibe. Listeners will hear some early 90’s new jack swing, some 70’s funk, and some early 2000’s hip hop.  


For this project Armstrong tags Bizzle, 1kPhew, and Yanna Crawley. The EP's are produced by Jor'Dan Armstrong and a team of talented producers Jeshua "TedyP" Williams, Darius Scott, Tracksion, and Juice Bangers for COBRA.


"I named this project "BLSD" (Blessed) because if someone were to ask me to describe my life in one word it would be Blessed. Good times and bad times my answer still remains Blessed.  BLSD is 3 parts, each one telling a story. I can't wait to take the listeners on this journey with me."
BLSD (Part 1) was released on July 6th. 2 BLSD (Part 2) was released July 20th and 3 BLSD (Part 3) will be released on August 31st. In the meantime check out his latest single “Tomorrow”

After spending some fruitful years in the background, songwriter, arranger, and background vocalist Anthony Brown stepped forward in 2012 with Anthony Brown & group therAPy. The strange capitalization refers to the group's beginnings in 2000, when the Maryland native launched the group Answered Prayers to showcase his songwriting. As Brown's work played a role in hit gospel albums like Maurette Brown-Clark's The Dream (2007) and Stephen A. Hurd's Times of Refreshing (2009), Answered Prayers evolved into group therAPy. Performances on three of BET's annual Celebration of Gospel specials -- in 2006, 2007, and 2012 -- preceded their self-titled 2012 debut. Released by Tyscot Records, the album featured guest appearances from Maurette Brown Clark and VaShawn Mitchell. In 2015 they returned with Everyday Jesus. It topped Billboard's gospel albums chart, while the single "Worth" reached the top of the gospel songs chart. A Long Way from Sunday followed in 2017 and became Brown and the group's second number one full-length. ~ David Jeffries

Chris Chris is a Christian artist born and raised in Detroit, MI. Coming from a baptist background, Chris combines the elements of Gospel and Christian hip-hop music into beautiful melodies and God fearing lyrics.

Chris had his first taste of fame in the years 2014-2016 as a popular creator on Vine with nearly 150k followers. Chris’ videos were revined by popular celebrities such as Ariana Grande, Sage The Gemini, Worldstar, etc.

Chris attended the University of Michigan and earned his BFA from both the School of Art & Design and the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. Following graduation in ‘15, Chris pursued a career as a graphic designer and video designer. 2 years later, Chris took some time off to freelance and also pursue apparel design. 

Chris has always been one with the arts. Over the years, Chris has participated in multiple theatrical productions, church ministries such as choir and praise dance, hip-hop dance, choreography, and has had an interest in composing music since 10 years old.

Chris also pursues his interest in audio design. As a music producer, Chris combines his love for spacey chords, resonating melodies, with captivating and timeless lyrics. 

Currently, Chris works as a creative for The Salvation Army specializing in graphic design, videography, photography, and audio. In addition to a 9-5, Chris sells apparel on Amazon Merch, Etsy, and his two personal sites: EternalTees & TheShirtIcon.
