Documentary Piano Ambient is beautiful music for your great video project. Will be good for genres like inspire ambient corporate music, beautiful ambient background, calm soundtrack, cinematic and documentary ambient soundtrack.

Documentary Piano Ambient

An improvised composition created whilst experimenting with the Native Instruments Giant VST piano. It seemed to compliment the ideas that were being generated at the time.
Why the title?  I hear the words in the melody, sometimes what seems so important in life and must be achieved suddenly becomes far less important a feeling of liberation.

What Does It Matter Anyway

For this latest collaborative composition, Liam and I separately wrote the two sections of an exposition in sonata form, and, for the middle 'development' section, we alternated writing eight measures each, and co-wrote the recapitulation and coda. Hope you enjoy!

Music is a means of communication. I don't know if I have conveyed all the sensations that this photo has produced in me: pain, anger, sadness, anguish, and endless sensations full of desolation.

In these complicated days I remember all the good Ukrainian musicians whom I follow here, to whom I wish the best of luck, to their families and to their country.

September Prelude - Mazurka-inspired Rhythmic Lilt

In my early years I took piano lessons, regretfully I stopped them in my teens. I've always had a piano in the house and over the years have composed a number of songs (without words). What’s important to me is the melodic nature of the pieces and I wanted to share them with others. The origins of the music are probably influenced by my early classical lessons, Chopin and Schubert to name a couple. I love Liszt’s Hungarian and Rachmaninoff’s Russian styles but sadly my technical ability hampers the inclusion of their techniques.
Today’s home recording software allows many opportunities to develop compositions using other instruments to compliment the piano however, using the software has been a challenge, trying to get the “right” sound for the piano has been the most difficult part of the process. I’m slowly learning and will probably remix some of my current tracks as my experience grows.
Once I have recorded my heritage pieces, I plan to write a new selection of music predominantly piano but also experimenting with more or different instruments, watch this space!
