Christopher “La Salsa” Senice was born on August 17th 1990 in Providence, RI. The interest for music began early in his life at the age of 14 experimenting with different recording and production programs at the Black Box located at The Met High School out of  Providence, Rhode Island. After transferring out of The Met his junior year he than attended Union Springs Academy located in Union Springs, NY where he participated in choir, acting, and music theory and composition programs.      
At 19 years old he graduated high School. He then moved back to Rhode Island and joined the Broad Street Studios Program (AS220 Youth) located in Providence, RI. Where he released his first Mixtape Goya Chronicles Vol.1 in 2011. While attending Johnson & Wales University he began working as a street team member of DownBoy Productions where he promoted for acts like Wu-Tang Clan, Tito El Bambino, Jeru The Damaja, Capone & Noreaga and many more . In conjunction with promotions he started learning Audio Engineering at the AS220 Program and began an internship at Castle Entertainment Studios, Where he learned advanced audio production, artist development, booking, touring, and sound engineering for live events. 
Senice, has participated in over 200 shows across the New England and the Mid Atlantic United States opening up for acts like Chachi Carvalho, Swann Notty, Fedd Hill, Jahpan, Mr. Cheeks, Jeru The Damaja, Planet Asia, Capone N Noreaga, Sheek Louch, One Be Lo, Kosha Dillz, Craig G, Ed O.G, El Da Sensei, Slaughterhouse, Cuban Link, Canibus, XXL Magazine, and Mobb Deep. Also headlining the Wood Child Festival, Sound Session Music festival, The Boom Fest, Peace Fest 5 Music Festival, PVD Fest 2018 and the City Jam Music Festival. Currently Chris Da Great is  releasing three mixtapes in 2019. Goya Chronicles Vol.2, Hell Is Earth (Tribute to Mobb Deep) and The Sazon. Leading to his debut solo album release Giancarlo Esposito.
