German electronic music producer Chris de Buur brings a sense of emotion and atmosphere to his productions, blending deep and tech house, RnB and jazz influences into a unique and evolving style. Growing up in Minden, near Hanover, in a household filled with jazz and classical music, he developed a deep connection to sound from an early age. By 2005, his passion for electronic music led him to start producing his own tracks, experimenting with textures and melodies that continue to define his work.

As a DJ, Chris de Buur performed in a selection of smaller clubs, including X (Herford, Germany), captivating audiences with his carefully curated sets.

Since moving to Hamburg in 2021, the city’s vibrant creative energy has reignited his passion for music production and fueled his artistry, inspiring him to explore new sounds and refine his artistic vision. Whether in the studio or behind the decks, he remains dedicated to pushing boundaries and creating music that resonates both on and off the dancefloor.
