Zu Gast bei "Drei Akkorde und die Wahrheit" (Radio Z, 31.10.2021)

This track turned out to be a giant leap. It took months of practice to get the fingerpicking right, but once I had nailed it, it opened up a whole new world for me and my songwriting process, both rhythmically and melodically. Besides all that, it's just a beautiful piece of music by the genius that is The Tallest Man on Earth.

My take on what is probably my favourite track on The xx's "I See You" album. I tried to keep some of the original's ethereal quality but made it into something a little more acoustic.

I Dare You [The xx - Cover]

Coldplay's original version of Midnight fascinated and inspired me with its atmospheric and eerie soundscapes. I knew my cover of this song could not just be another regular acoustic thing, so I experimented wildly with several effects and came up with something very unlike from what my songs usually sound like, which was a great recording experience and a fun road to go down!
