NICE - Just A Dream [FREE DL]

Originally released in the summer of 2024, Palms Trax & Myd’s digital single ‘One Thousand Waves’ is expanded, showcasing three diverse remixes that reflect alternating energies in club culture.

Working from CWPT’s own studio in Berlin, Palms Trax and John Loveless are first to reimagine ‘One Thousand Waves’, transforming the bittersweet electro-pop of the original composition into a brewing escalation of vocal deep house. Indulging a shared affection for a milieu of propulsive, sensitive dance music, the soundtrack to ineffable moments each experienced on Berlin dancefloors a decade or more ago, the result is an ecstatic, psychedelic anthem for the wide-eyed and wobbly-hearted.

From further afield, London’s cult duo The Trip apply their well-established knowledge of what  moves the dance floor to a truly ripping interpretation, bleaching the understated sounds emanating from the continent in shades of UK rave, garage and hardcore, complete with a mind-melting streak of saxophone power. 

Looking to the established kings of the CLUBMIX, KnownArtist ably squeeze further euphoria from their respected purview of underground club culture, applying MYD’s yearning vocal and wrapping it around a cascade of anthemic keys and vintage organ sounds, blasting towards sunrise with more than a glint of optimism.

One Thousand Waves ft. Myd (Known Artist Remix)

ODJ opens the floodgates to Volume 2 of Through The Window with his first release since 2019, 'Rock Da Beat'. Epitomising what club music should be about, 6 minutes of straight fun utilising whistles, wind instruments and plenty of BASS. 

Next, Cabinet Meeting keep things stomping with an absolute smoker. 'Dancin' has got trace elements of acid, progressive house and hip house, wrapped up in one chunky package. 

Santi in the driving seat for B1 track with a neat and tidy tech house production. Percussive, dreamy pads, whats not to love? 'Night Crawler' will certainly get those indexes wagging.

Cazsh seeing us through to the finish line, and not letting up on the gas pedal while doing so. Fitting in well with the overall atmospheric and trancey theme on this EP so far, this track throws you a little curveball midway to keep you on your toes with ravey breakbeats.

Computer Toys as a label gives a home to electronic music, which is not clearly defined by a certain genre, but rather an idea: Taking influences from the 90s and early 2000s into a modern environment without taking ourselves too seriously. Computer Toys was created by DJ and Producer Chris Gerber and is inspired by the scurrility of the early Internet aesthetics - rough and flashy.
