Christie-Lee is a singer-songwriter based in Newcastle.

 

For the past ten years, Christie-Lee has enjoyed composing music to the Psalms and other Bible passages. She has found these parts of the Bible to be a great source of comfort, encouragement and joy in many stages of her life.

 

Christie-Lee trained at Wesley Institute, now Excelsia College. "Darkness is as light to you" (Psalm 139) is the first composition she wrote during College. Since that time she has written, performed and recorded over 20 compositions. 

 

In 2015, Christie-Lee appeared as a vocalist on the latest Quiz Worx CD "Rise Up and Rock," singing lead vocals for "Love the Lord your God". Recently she has been performing at events hosted by Lorien Atwood (Illustrator of "Meditations" and "Reflections").

Christie-Lee is passionate about both meditating on and sharing God's word with others through song. She hopes her music will be an encouragement in helping others to do the same.
