Chris Horizen has been around music his whole life. He began his journey by experimenting with his father’s old record player when he was eight years old. His childhood friend gave him his first introduction to a five-piece Yamaha rock set and from that defining moment he was hooked.

From there he found his natural ability for rhythm and experimented to discover the reasoning behind sequence of beats. It wasn’t so easy getting his hands on equipment, but that did not stop him. With the tools he had, he self taught himself all he could and this is what helped shape the music Chris HoriZen plays today. Music is his number one passion and his constant thirst for knowledge is still evident after these years.

His technique is intriguing and seducing and his constant aim is to en rapt his listener making sure they walk away remembering his beat.
