Back with another upload this month and I seem to be finding more and more time these days to get back behind the decks and record some sets. 

My goal moving forwards is to get the regular monthly podcast back up and running starting from today. 

For anyone that has been following me for years will know, there was a period of about 7-8 years where I ran a regular monthly show Deeper Shades Of Trance, then life and kids got in the way making it very hard to find the time to get in a record a consistent show. 

I've still been heavily involved in the club scene and playing live set which I will upload from time to time but I've recently been finding myself with the luxury of time and being able to get back into a more consistent pattern of recording my sets. 

So from here on, it is officially back to the regular podcast and monthly uploads. 

This months show is diving deep into some of my favourite underground progressive tracks, some brand new and some slightly older gems, the back end of the set leans heavily into the sound that I just cannot find myself getting away from, that melodic and tech house vibe that keeps drawing me in.

Deeper Shades Of Trance / Underground Therapy Podcast

Around 10 years ago I set up a podcast called Deeper Shades of Trance, with the intention of delivering a quality 2 hour mix of Uplifting/Classic/Progressive Trance. 

The show ended up as 3 projects, the regular podcast, the tribute series and the classic series. Each show would feature some of the biggest names in the scene as either guest mixers or co-presenters. 

After the explosion of the EDM scene and Trance becoming more and more commercialised, I wanted to break away from the name Trance, and relaunched the podcast as Underground Therapy. With the goal of providing quality underground Trance/Techno/Progressive and featuring a monthly guest mix from some of the biggest names in the scene. 

From time to time I re-visit and will put out some special edition Deeper Shades Of Trance shows, especially the Classics series, as Im still a huge fan of that Classic Trance sound.
