This Poem

I am a poet, radio presenter and Dj
I am proud to have played a part in innovating, spoken word and open mic
nights in Manchester over the last 20 years. 
In 1999 I was a founding member of Speakeasy - a collective of poets,
singers Dj’s and dancers.  This evolved into an award-winning event where
I sculpted my vocal craft. 
I have collaborated on projects with AHRC, Coventry, Birmingham and
Manchester University.  And been a contributor to both Wordsmith and
Young Identity poetry education organisation’s.
