Denmark’s Kölsch is a new name to the label but under his various guises has sold millions of records worldwide.
Originally released on Germany’s cutting edge Kompakt Records and featured on Kölsch’s critically acclaimed debut album 1977, Kryder’s sympathetic approach to the rework brings ‘All That Matters’ to a new audience whilst retaining all the elements that made the original so exceptional.

UK artist, Kryder is a name well known to the Axtone community and having had a stellar 2014 pushing his groove based sound, ‘All That Matters’ marks his second appearance on the label following his 2013 single, ‘Aphrodite’.

Keen followers of Axtone will note this release is AXT050. Whilst not actually the 50th release on the label, ‘All That Matters’ epitomises everything Axtone has come to stand for: melodic house music for the clubs, festivals and airwaves.

For those of you who don't know Caribou, go check his music out immediately. He's one of my favourite producers, consistently making beautiful, emotive and intricate music. For those of you who do know him I'm sure you're loving his incredible new album Our Love as much as I am. So many great tracks on there but Can't Do Without You has been totally stuck in my since first hearing it back in June last year. My mix is an ode to the original, taking it into a different space from the original. I wanted to keep the mix fairly gentle, including a lot of the really special original elements, particularly his vocal, while giving it my personal stamp. I hope people enjoy it as much as I did making it. Go check out Caribou's album if you haven’t already.

Sundown is the first single from the forthcoming album of renowned producer/DJ Chris Lake.  Chris has been keeping himself busy during 2011, touring constantly in north America and around the globe and now the ink is drying on a newly signed worldwide artist contract with Ultra Music.

Sundown has been a secret weapon during his sets during the summer and is an anthem in the making and features all that Chris Lake has become notorious for.  A rolling bassline which knocks, a gorgeous melody built on an acoustic guitar riff, building synths and the ever lovely vocals that are a guaranteed sing along to champion any dance floor. This is the vocal taken from my song “I’ll Never Dream” (Album: Strobelite Seduction) sung by Sunsun and put over the top of Alex Gaudino’s track “I’m In Love”.  It worked so well the next time I was in the studio with Sunsun I had her lay down some adlibs and double up on the original chorus.
