To kick off 2014, we proudly welcome Israeli DJ-producer Lian July and Canadian vocal talent Eli to our parent label with the deep and sensual "Surrender". On remix detail, we're thrilled to welcome back global phenom LTN, whose consistently visionary work has appeared across countless Progressive & Trance radio playlists of late, as well talented label veteran Digital Sixable, whose own contributions last year proved to be some of the highlights of our catalogue.

The Original Mix kicks off with an energetic rhythm and deep bassline, as Eli, singing in a beautiful tenor, delivers the opening verse. Hypnotic, swirling pads offer great "dimension" to the soundscape, while various other flourishes are provided by additional synth layers, including a repeating organ motif. The groove continues to subtly crescendo throughout the track, and the titular vocal "hook" offers a gorgeous climax. 

LTN contributes a pair of stunning remixes; both vocal and dub versions are included in the pack. A much deeper, "late-night" affair, his interpretation kicks off with a moody aura, as a variety of noir-influenced jazzy stabs build anticipatory suspense, leading up to the main break. Eli's soulful lyrics and emotive delivery are powerfully felt, as the more minimalist groove really allows the vocal to breathe. The instrumentation continues to pick up steam, as a guitar riff and crystalline, bell-tinged effects add wonderful melodic texture to the already lush soundscape.

Finally, rounding out the package, American sensation Digital Sixable offers a poignant 'Dub' take. A dark, after-hours groove sets the stage for a contemplative and soothing interpretation. The main melodic themes of the original have been beautifully re-worked on the piano; moving string effects reinforce the emotional impact.

Vintage & Morelli's "Hymn To The Night" artist album arrived last year and proved to be an extraordinary career milestone for the Serbian phenom, as it spawned various globally supported singles and helped launch his first ever tour of the States. Canadian singer-songwriter Brandon Mignacca contributed enormously to the record, as two of the standout tunes on the record, "Love Is" and "Bloom," feature his honeyed vocals. Italy based Richard Bass makes his way back to our Progressive House Worldwide label, this time with another 2 sensational melodic progressive productions. Having a great year, a very productive one and with loads of support through a lot of the major names in the business, he surely drops another 2 productions here having that great blend of melodies and energy that he is so well known for. 

“I Think Of You” has all the right ingredients to become a new summer anthem for him. It’s a good thing with the world that no matter where we are, there is a summer season and Richard Bass is there to definitely seek it up. With warm melodies, packed with all that feel good vibes, Soothing bass lines and chord progressions that are evolving throughout the track, he surely strikes and he does it in his own style. 

As for “My Ways”, we are getting the vibe and tempo up a bit as this is a bit more energetic in style. With melodies and chord progression evolving all over, he surely is to take us places with this rocking beauty. It’s just another one of “THOSE” from him and we can’t do much more than to lift our hats, he’s done it again and we are of course proud and honoured to see him team up with us once more. Awesome work Ricardo but you know this already!
