We created this to support Team High Life's efforts in raising awareness of mental health and suicide. Every year beginning in 2009, Team High Life participates in the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's (AFSP) Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk. The purpose of this walk is to bring awareness to mental health and suicide; to erase the stigma associated with these terms, and get people talking so that we can save lives!
