Sleeping experts FT. Zeger de Vos

Kristian Jarich (@chrismulder) and Roel Weerdenburg (@roelweerdenburg) visited Panenkov's (@panenkov) studio to record two very special short modular sets. Kristian builds beautifully layered harmonies and melodies, while Roel explores the deeper bass and sounds of his modules and other hardware. To warm up for Uncloud festival, they recorded two highly inspirational solo sets, recorded in Panenkovs cellar studio. Here is the recording by Roel as the second of our new series about live improvisation, Moments.

Recording made of a generative patch at the Museum of Sound at Werkspoorkathedraal Utrecht, June 3rd 2018. This was an exhibition of modular patches curated by Colin Benders. Among the participants: Daniel Cramer, Maarten Vos, Ann Annie, Christophe Beck, Patrick Detampel, Ashley Puente, Suzanne Ciani and more (not in person but a patch of hers was playing) Thanks to Colin and Culturele Zondagen.
