More than just a song to hear, SHAKTI is a sonic tool to accompany embodied yogic practice. The mantra and repetitive deep bass groove was designed to inspire 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 activation, and ecstatic devotional dance. 

Shakti, often personified as the Divine Feminine and the Divine Mother, energetically represents the cosmic 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 force in all things.

The conceptualization of the song, by no coincidence, came to producers NIKUNJA and ChrisNa Karast at the base of the famous outdoor Red Rocks Amphitheater---previously known as '𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 Park' by the early Native American dwellers of that land. 

Infused into the track are natural sound elements learned from yogic traditions such as the 'Shakti Breathe' and the 'Shakti Clap' to encourage the 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 devotional heart into embodied awakening.

ChrisNa KaRast is a multi instrumentalist, producer, Dj and sound healer living on the Big Island of Hawaii. He lives just a few miles from the active volcano and channels the Earth's creative fire.   ChrisNa has been producing many types of music for nearly 20years. Also Djing in different venues, working with music in hospitals, leading ceremonies,  playing classical guitar in fine dining restaurants and dropping deep bassy grooves on mountain tops and beaches.
