After “Viebar” Modul Kollektiv & Gespona teamed up for another great collaboration.
SALCA means  SAL(zkammergut) and CA(talunia) - which is where Modul Kollektiv and Gespona are from and are currently based  Due to the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic was still ongoing the music of this EP was produced in two different studios without a physical meeting of the two artists. It is a warm analogue sounding EP made for a cold digital world. 

It's a resistance against the virus and the social distancing - Humanity finds a way to produce great music no matter how hard the times may seem.

One of the new festivals that we've been most intrigued about this year is this weekend's Further Future. Held in the Mojave Desert about 45 minutes outside of Vegas, the Burning Man branch-off from the Robot Heart massive is taking the concept of desert raving and giving it a veneer of luxury and class. With a line-up of hardened Playa DJs, gourmet meals, spa facilities and talks from CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, it doesn't really have a contemporary.

To mark the maiden year of the plush desert rave we've got a fire mix from Italo producers Hunter/Game, who'll be throwing down at the Robot Heart bus. They've given us a tasty hour session that kicks off with a bit of smooth, loungey headphone house before heading off on a cosmic journey, leaving you to channel the ephemeral signals from Area 51 into your brain as the research chemicals kick in.

Here is the live recording of my set at our sold out Wildwood event over New Years. It puts a huge smile on my face thinking about the magic that unfolded over the week. So much amazing music, laughs and memories.

A special thanks to all those who have been a part of the Wildwood family in 2018. I cannot think of a bigger bunch of legends. It is the people who truly make it so special and we cannot wait for another magical year ahead together.

After being on warm up duties my last few sets prior to this, it was nice to be let off the leash and close the barn for the final time of 2018. The vibe was electric after an epic day of music.  For me it is still my favourite place in the world to play. As they say, there is no place like home.
