Garden is a beautifully crafted children’s album that explores the rhythms and cycles of nature—from the planting of seeds in spring to the quiet rest of winter. Created by Grammy-nominated composer and educator Owen McIntosh in collaboration with the powerhouse ensembles The Nightbirds and Fire & Grace, this BIPOC-led project invites young listeners to slow down, observe, and connect deeply with the natural world. The songs, refined in real time with schoolchildren, blend accessible melodies with rich, soulful arrangements that celebrate themes of growth, nurturing, diversity, generosity, rest, and joyful living.
