Whilst he may be a fresh name to some, Russian producer Maksim Dark has already impressed the likes of Dubfire and Richie Hawtin with his fearless, groovy brand of techno, and the SCI+TEC boss has already tempted us with an early introduction to the ACIDSTAGE Ep via his recent Boiler Room set. 

Staying true to his name, Maksim Dark, our latest debutant has delivered 4 tracks of shadowy minimal goodness, each featuring the artist on demonic vocal duties. From the driving synth groove and white noise washes of ‘Bassewiser’ and the stripped bare, linear sounds of ‘Coneblower’ to the bubbling and yet biting sounds of title track ‘Acid Stage’ and sci-fi squeals and ominous chords of closing number ‘Harpsichord’, we’re given the perfect introduction to this exciting young artist.

Hey everyone, welcome to a special guest mix edition of Yoshitoshi Radio.  This week we’ve got Italy’s own Christian Bonori, who just released his debut solo EP on Yoshitoshi.  You might remember his single “Unruliness” off our Deep End compilation which came out in 2016.  Well now Christian is back with two deep, dark originals and the package includes a stellar remix from Citizen Kain. Established DJ/Producer Christian Bonori, hailing from Italy with releases on labels including Suara, Yoshitoshi, Bush Records and many more, makes his debut on Krafted Underground with his three track EP La Caille. This EP has already shown it’s musical worth with support from Beckers, Citizen Kain, Dubfire, Richie Hawtin and many more!

PREMIERE: Christian Bonori - Acrux (Original Mix) [Krafted Underground]

Senso’s Oliver Huntemann revisits one of his own personal classics and breathes new life into it via a superb remix package. Tranquilizer was originally released on his 2011 album Paranoia, and is presented here in its original form to fully wet the appetite for the various remixes on offer. Tranquilizer 2.0 is Huntemann’s own re-interpretation of the track - pulling it into 2019 with a spacy sheen that might just highlight his development as a producer. German duo Hidden Empire dive right in with their rework - a tight, slick remix that goes for the jugular via a massive breakdown in the middle. Rising Serbian DJ and producer Ilija Djokovic also contributes a hard-as-nails remix that adds some sharp, precise percussion elements and draws out the tension beautifully. Last but not least, Christian Craken drops his mix, which is a taut, techno workout fitting perfectly with the atmosphere of the original.

BIO:
Christian Bonori is an Italian dj, producer and remixer appreciated on the national club scene.
Since his late teens, Christian has always been truly passionate about house and techno music.
In 2000, he started his dj career playing in a number of disco clubs in his hometown area.
Later, he played in some of the most respected and well-known clubs in Italy, including: MAGAZZINI GENERALI - Milan, VOX Club, MAFFIA Club,BOLGIA Club with artist like Eric Sneo,Alex Picone,Idris D,Marco Dionigi,Chiara DC,Dj Rame,Steve Mantovani and take a part with Felix Krocher and Axel Karasakis to LOFTAS FESTIVAL in Vilnius.
While working as a dj, Christian quickly realized that he wanted to express his own musical ideas and feelings through electronic music production and engineering. 
To pursue such an ambitious goal, in 2005 Christian started a partnership with Paul STone, an Italian music producer with releases on Compost Records with the Streetvibes Group and past collaboration with the Black Box group.
Over the years, Christian has been releasing original tracks and remixes on respected record labels such as SUARA , YOSHITOSHI , BUSH RECORDS ,TIME HAS CHANGED , RELOAD BLACK , SOULWOX , PORNOGRAPHIC RECORDINGS , FRESHIN RECORDS,  KING STREET SOUNDS, SYSTEM RECORDINGS, BONZAI BASIKS,BUDENZAUBER,TRENTMUEHLE, PLUSQUAM RECORDS, FUNKATRONIC (Sammy Peralta’s label), STICK RECORDINGS (Alberto Ruiz's label).
