Overall, good atmosphere, and although the autotune is more than I'd usually want, it works with this setting.  I like how the balance works out between the vocals and piano, although sometimes the chords in the piano go by really fast when the harmony's essentially the same as it was in the synths- for instance, somewhere around 20s (I think...?) you have a chord with a C natural in the upper register of the piano part.  I know I'm being nitpicky, but I figured I'd point this out.  The more chordal section at 2:22 is really nice- it's great how you've temporarily brought the piano out more- perhaps you could follow that up with more piano activity, like a solo?  The way your atmosphere and interactions work out is really nice.
