Metanoia, an Ancient Greek word (μετάνοια) meaning "repentance". Is the process of experiencing a psychotic breakdown with subsequent, positive psychological re-building, through forgiveness & healing.

The journey begins with the protagonist walking through the forest as he begins his meditation, where he encounters a series of sounds by plants, entities, alchemic meditative instruments, and animals. The voices of the children represent the inner voices which are coming at the beginning stages of an individual's meditation, and the sounds that follow is the higher intelligence which is guiding the person to the treasure (light). Through the guidance, the meditator discovers the treasure-box and after breaking-opening the lid, he meets the light that is coming out of the box in the form of an illuminating sound. The chant of a serene mantra at the end is the representation of the protagonist’s reward after his quest; serenity.
