After a few short moments of b2bs at my place in Berlin and her recent birthday party - we FINALLY - managed to play together this slow deep style that we both like publicly last month (twice!). This was recorded a sunny lovely afternoon on Thursday 25th Aug 2022 in Gagnef on Gaia, the third body from Sol in the outer central rim of Via Lactea galaxy in the Laniakea Supercluster according to the modern sapian calendar.

It was played entirely spontaneous, I have no idea how that worked but somehow I found the flow just right of the bat, almost like this type of flow could be produced in a lab. K? K. ;) Aum my, how bizarre..

This was also recorded on my dear Dads 60th Birthday, so this set is dedicated to you farther, I love you and I see you now. Happy Gaisday to you. Looking forward to next time we meet in a few days. Stay tuned!

It was mid-July in the witch’s forest, and after a few hot and dry summers, this year’s summer was absolutely perfect, with just enough rain to make the forest lush and green and just warm enough to keep things pleasant. Hekske (the little witch), Falke (the 10-year old witch apprentice) and Lalita (the tree nymph) were just getting dressed after their daily bath in the nymph’s pond, when Bob The Owl suddenly landed on Hekske’s hand.  He had an urgent message to convey, as a visitor had just entered the forest.  Hekske instructed Bob to show their guest the way. The witches were very excited, as they only receive 1 visitor per year on average (and this was already the second visitor of the year).
One hour later, their guest finally arrived. He turned out to be an old wizard with round spectacles and long white hair. The wizard courteously lifted his high hat to greet the 3 women, incidentally showing his shiny bald head as well.
He introduced himself as Helge, the magic mathematician from the North. Hekske’s heart skipped a beat when she heard that name, because Ishola the wizard had already told many tales about this legendary professor from the venerable School of Magic.
Helge took a deep breath and smiled … he had rarely felt such a strong magic energy in a forest. The witches showed him around the woods, and he was especially interested in the badger’s sett, which they all visited (with the help of a size reduction spell). This elaborate tunnel complex consists of 8 concentric circles. After visiting the last chamber, Helge got very excited and said ‘do you realize that this sett has exactly 61 underground chambers?’. The badgers were as amazed as the witches. The professor explained that 61 is a very powerful number, and denotes a strong connection with the divine. This was particularly true, as the badger’s sett forms 8 concentric circles around the tiny oak tree which is destined to become the future mother tree of the forest ecosystem. It basically is the beating heart of the forest.
And after completing the tour of the forest, Helge was brim-full of joy when he realized that there were exactly 151 alder trees and 555 oak trees.
He explained that 151 is a  palindromic prime, a centered decagonal number, and a lucky number. 151 appears in the Padovan sequence, preceded by the terms 65, 86, 114; it is the sum of the first two of these. 151 is a unique prime in base 2, since it is the only prime with period 15 in base 2. 
And 555 is the most magic number of them all. Helge also notes that 3 women are living in this forest, which is magic. But 3 times the number 5 is infinitely more powerful. 
Hekske, Falke and Lalita were a bit overwhelmed and didn’t understand exactly what this all meant, but they made sure not to forget any of these magic numbers. And their home forest had never looked more mesmerizing than that pleasant summer day …

Lately I've been asked for proof of my convictions, and my existence has been questioned here and there in various matters. Heh. Well, since I speak best through sound, this is my answer. This is what I've been given from above and within. From now on, it's up to you to believe or reject, as you may :)  

I think it's time for us all to meet, to unite and REALLY integrate our different views. I think things have been going wrong for a long time on our dear planet ..so let's fix it. Let there be heaven or hell on Earth, whatever we want. We got this. Don't worry, be happy. But let's be real and not fake okay?

Isn't that what we all have been asking for, in our own ways? But. Yes. Change comes within us all, one by one. As always when Shiva dances there is a chance of chaos, but seeing how many of us have been acting so out of place lately I can only see thingz getting better from here on out anyways. Oh well. So much to say, so little space. See ya on the flipside 8)

One mix to enchant us all? ;) [Aug 23]

Fred White, a tall atlantean chief usually hiding in the dark forests near Arvika in Värmland county of Sweden, is a legend in that words' truest form. 

A huge inspiration for me, a role model after 30+ years in the scene as an organizer, producer and DJ. A co-founder of Arvikafestivalen, a force within Flexible, owner of label Drevkollektivet and with gigs both locally and all over our planet. Too many to mention but how about Fusion Festival, Vuuv, Sisyphos in Germany, Secret Island in the micro nation Sweutchland, Boom Voyage in Tokyo, Earth Dance in Cape Town and Midnight Sun in Norway for starters?

Last time I heard him play he took us on a deep space journey at the magical gathering Yra|Rya by Cirkus Paralello ( https://soundcloud.com/user-172258087 ) and it became clear that he must be the next guest here on UrsaCast. And wow, how he delivered!! So, without further ado, enjoy..

The 'Pronoïa' Mix (April 24) #indiedance #techno/house

After a very hectic work week I took a walk from home on Friday evening to get some fresh air, through the eastern industrial seaport area. I was invited to come n play in this abandoned train tunnel, on my way to catch my buddy @fiafomo playing an Emmaboda Festival tribute party on Ringön. I was positively surprised what these ladies organizing this had come up with, their first party together I think. I took over from the brilliant @nordic-enigma at 130 BPM, not my most common range, but those who know me know that I play anything from blockflute pauses a la Acid Pauli to corporate events so go figure ;) Well well well, this is what I whipped up, on the spot, completely improvised. As often is the case when I play. That's the thing about being a Deejay I think. But to be able to do this many hours goes into music knowledge and sorting tracks. You might catch the theme of the event through my track selections and the style of the host ladies, but I'll leave that up to your imagination. ;) Then I handed over to maestro @djkvint and before you knew it, I was on my way! Tunnel Hearing (May 2024)

I went along with @fiafomo [@fragmentvm | @houseofursa] on an adventure to play a rare B2B opening set. 

Kicking off the popular monthly aerobics session with @never-ending-project at their dock-side HQ. Thanx @jonasrathsman and @trustedtracks family for inviting us and @christinefriberg and @emanuel-satie for sharing the limelight as floor instructors with us.

Oh yes, so we started out showing a side you might not have heard from us together before, allowing everyone a plentiful chance to ease in, stretch, hydrate, get the deep breaths going and yeah, then our traditional "Fomance" sound gradually takes over after a while, hope you enjoy! 8)

Séance B2B Fia Fomo @ NEP (July 24)

A little over a month ago we in the @cirkusparalello core guided the first guests, in heavy rain, through road blocks of a construction work that suddenly had appeared. A few hours before our little planned YRA|RYA Summer Closing - a D.I.Y. open air festival. Blocking the only road leading to the forest we were in, near the cargo harbour of Gothenburg. Fantastic.

This is the set I created then around midnight, completely exhausted. As I handed over to maestro @temple-tears (Rebellion der Träumer / Stil vor Talent - Paris/Berlin) and the already heavy skies opened up completely and the downpour intensified to monsoon levels. We celebrated the wonders of being in the now, the crazy-good and bad unpredictability of life, for a few hours under the massive rain covers, until the surrounding areas were completely drowned and almost everyone left. The rest is, as they say, history.

13 days later we were going home, after having planned and rather successfully carried through an additional extended weekend and smaller crew evenings. So far I've heard of an open air here locally spanning for 9 days, so we don't know but there's for sure a chance that we just have set a new Swedish open air length record in modern times.

This is a very unusual topic for most, sure, but it is only the biggest news story in modern human history, so of course it's special and handled in an unusual way. The implications are enormous, still reality can't be ignored forever. Now is the time to really start the discussion more broadly and let the realization sink in world-wide over the coming years it seems..

A year ago on the day, 22 december, we in the BOA Göteborg association http://www.boagoteborg.se organized an hour of dancing at the central square Gustav Adolfs Torg. Asking all to leave political and national symbols, flags n banners at home. In the rush towards Xmas, and heavy consuming going on all around town, business as usual. Well, it worked out great actually despite intense conflicts going on in the world, we were not sure about that, but no one remembers the cowardz you know :)

BOA manages the legacy after the horrendous Backa Discotheque fire of '98 and fosters projects to promote cultural sustainability and I'm a board member, have done some cultural coordination .. and I played this set. One year later and still no peace near in sight...

I was taking over from @d_o_h playing before me, it starts at quite a high intensity without an intro, compared to how I usually want to build-up. But a few tracks in, we start floating down, float float, down the stream.. letting the river show the way.

Just a spontaneous session without a plan, really happy with the progression though. Some new tracks, but mostly ones that I've played quite a lot, but never put together in a story by style like this before. Enjoy y'all!

He’s running the Cirkus Paralello and House of Ursa event collectives.

Has shared stage with artists such as miAs, Dave Dinger, Infected Mushroom, Emanuel Satie, Lampé, Temple Tears, Annette Gapstream, Langstrumpf, Vom Feisten, Martin Ka, Arkadiusz, MTvE, J.Wockenfuss and last but not least Mr. Damon Jee.

Besides music he is an active voice in the UFO/UAP Disclosure movement and in various other roles as a multi-disciplinary artist and software engineer.

There’s rarely a quiet moment with this guy!

Currently establishing the Swedish branch and promoting/supporting CfD, the New Paradigm Institute's global grassroot movement Citizens for Disclosure.

A mission of mine is to spread awareness that a bunch of truths in long-running conspiracy theories are being proven lately and that we LOUDLY AND URGENTLY ask the powerful to stop using military projects for keeping big secrets for a too long time, etc.
