I wrote Shadows on the Mountain for my mom, thinking about a remote farm where I spent my early childhood (4-7 years old). It was on a mountain, at the end of a 5-mile dirt driveway. The nearest neighbor was a mile away, and there were no other people in sight. We had goats and chickens, and a huge vegetable garden, and an occasional trip to the store — at the nearest town, 45 miles away. It was truly quiet, and the nights were completely dark. I'm not sure if people get the opportunity to experience complete silence or complete darkness anymore, but it's a beautiful thing. I was too young to appreciate the beauty of it, but the serenity of that place has stayed with me, and I'm grateful for it now. 

I used to sit on our mountain, watching the trees and shadows dance on the other mountain. Sometimes they looked like animals, and sometimes I could see the same animals in the same trees. Shadows on the Mountain. 

It features my old no-name guitar (my very first guitar, which I've had since I was 4 years old), and also has fretless bass and orchestral strings. 

The form is ABAB C ABAB, so AB (the two melody sections), AB again (add strings), C (the bridge), ABAB (bass playing the “A” melody both times).

The Light Being Evalation meditation is one I have listened to many many times since its original release nearly a year ago. It is an illuminating meditation, designed to fully align, awaken and evalate the ‘new’ light within us all…. and so much more! I feel the energy and power of it has even more impact on me this year than last, I am sure that this is connected to the higher vibratory energy we are now immersed in!

‘Light Being Evalation’ allows us to experience a journey from the heart of source, the essence of light creation, to experiencing the influx of high vibrational cosmic light within our own bodies. Journeying further, we experience light activations at the quantum level within our cellular being, awakening to a new level of ‘light being-ness’.
Zac encourages us along the way with his words, energy, and music choice (which took almost two days, he was very specific!). The energetic music tracks are a perfect accompaniment, with exquisite timing from Zac enhancing our experience further.
Throughout  this meditation we expand our awareness as we engage and allow an  optimisation of our individual joy and development to ‘Light Being Evalation’.

What an extraordinary gift from Zac! I have listened to this 'awakening journey' several times now and can feel my cells activating I am finding it easy to trust just how powerful this infusion of light is and how it provides the perfect environment for our hidden strands of DNA to reveal themselves! Impeccable timing from Zac, I can see why only a multi-dimensional aspect of an ascended master could time the words and music so perfectly, with no script or edits!!
I would suggest you listen to this the first time during the day, while you are awake and not before sleep as many of you may find it quite activating... take some time afterwards to contemplate and really feel into your body and your energy bodies!!

So much gratitude dear Zac... this meditation seems to be offering us a huge chance to upgrade our light body and therefore our physical body and energy systems harmoniously, in line with the incoming light tsunami!! Thank you!!
