On the phone with me today is Todd Kaufman.
Todd Kaufman is an anxiety expert. He is the author of the book ’TRANSFORMING ANXIETY, From Hot Mess to Superpower,’ a Registered Psychotherapist and Executive Psychotherapeutic Coach.

Todd’s the founder of the Anxiety Release Protocol (ARP) a program that can show you how to end panic attacks and manage your anxiety.  The Anxiety Release Protocol (ARP) is taught to doctors and therapists across North America is the practical go-to for people struggling with anxiety.

He provides both one-on-one and group therapy and coaching virtually, and he and his therapy dog, Gracey T Bear are really missing their public engagements and in-person training during COVID!

Todd joins us today from his office on the campus of the University of Toronto.
