Ehrlich gesagt habe ich dieses Lied erst in Deutschland kennengelernt. Es ist einer die wenigsten Lobpreislieder, die in beiden Sprachen genauso gut funktioniert.

Heutzutage singe ich es meistens allein zu Hause und zwar schön langsam, wie hier auf dieser Aufnahme.

Although I'd come across the song in English, it was only in Germany that I began singing it. It's one of the few worship songs that works equally well in both languages.

These days, I only really sing it at home, and slowly at that, like on this recording.
