Enjoy a healing sound journey to balance your root chakra.
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability.

This is my first sound journey, recorded in Ableton Live... I used the planetary frequency of the earth day (194.18Hz according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to balance and heal the root chakra (Muladhara). 

For this Sound Journey I used the "Planetary Chakra Healing Template" created by Steffen Ki on Harmonic Resonanz.

1) Sit in a chair with your back upright, feet planted on the ground, put on your headphones.

2) Focus all your attention on the sounds as they will bring you into the Alpha brainwave state for peace and relaxation, feel your body from the inside out.

3) Breath deeply all the way down to the base of your spine, and try to keep your attention in that area, you may visualize a red glowing orb there if you'd like.
